ARTISTS STATEMENT

This shoot is important for me because of three main reasons - my own relationship with the body I have, normalisation of nudity and body positivity/body acceptance statement. I really believe that all bodies deserve to be represented and accepted and I want to make people feel good while seeing a body similar to theirs in places like that. Our bodies, all of them, are art itself. With all the options they give to us - to explore the world, explore the love and explore the pleasure. I'm deeply grateful for my body and for the earth experience I'm a part of. I also believe that nudity, as our natural state, should be normalised and accepted - also without any erotic context. I love my body as it is, but I'm not my body, and it's the least interesting thing about me. But it's the best tool I could get to enjoy my time here and I'll use it properly to experience everything I could, that feels right for me. And this project is one of these things.

Why i shot myself: I shot myself because I like my body, I believe that bodies like mine deserve to be shown and because it was fun.

who I'd most like to see shoot themselves: Anyone who feels comfortable with it - especially my friends, because that'd mean they feel good in their bodies
Most outrageous thing I have done: Participating in an orgy, but afterwards I ended up cooking for everyone (that indeed was a quality time)
