"For this shoot I wanted to come back to the domestic environment as the feminine has been oppressed within this space for such a long time. I challenged this through placing myself in the stairwell of my house and exploring my body around specific found objects that were significant to my sense of identity. I played both submissive and dominant within and against myself in order to find pure liberation. It was amazing to have an opportunity that unhinged the taboos of tenderness."
