Like most humans, my relationship with my body image has been all over the place. In the last five years my weight has fluctuated from the best shape of my life to the worst, and everywhere in between. But even at times when I'm less than stoked on belly, or jiggly thighs, I'm so thankful for everything it can do. Our bodies do so much for us, so I try my hardest to be kind to it in return.
