I have a love/hate relationship with my body although I generally favour love for I am thankful for all my body does for me. It wasn't always this way though. I tend to ignore the things I am unhappy with - ignorance is bliss after all. Recently I have begun to try and love my body as a whole rather than as separate bits and pieces, flaws and all. At the end of the day it's just too hard to hate yourself.
