If you secretly film a british politician paying to be spanked and have a woman ejaculate on him you'll now get prosecuted if you publish it. Kind of makes sense they wouldn't want that. It's just a thought. It makes the list of banned practices less arbitrary, to me they read like a dominatrix menu.
